Refund & Return Policy

At Orzai, all items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality. As per our business standards, returns are only accepted in case of product damage or defect at the time of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

Return is only possible if the product is visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Customers must inspect the item in front of the delivery person and immediately report if there is an issue.

A return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product. After 24 hours, no return or exchange will be accepted.

Proof (clear photos or video of the damaged/defective product with packaging) must be provided for validation.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

If the product is in perfect condition but the customer changes mind (wrong size, color preference, or style mismatch).

If the product is used, washed, or not returned in original condition with tags/packaging.

Accessories, innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.

Refund methods:

Prepaid orders (bKash, Nagad, Card, Bank) → Refunded to the same account.

Cash on Delivery orders → Refunded via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer.


Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or defective item was delivered.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if the received product is defective or wrong and must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery.

If the same product/size is unavailable, store credit or refund will be issued.

Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery. Courier agents are instructed to allow inspection before handover.

We ensure authentic quality checks before dispatch to minimize issues.

Customer information and claims are handled in compliance with Bangladesh’s Digital Commerce Guidelines.
